Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة مكانة الشمول المالي في اقتصاديات الدول العربية وأهميته في تحقيق النمو الاقتصادي والرفاهية الاجتماعية للأفراد والدولة، وأيضا إبراز أهم التحديات المعرقلة لتعزيزه والآفاق والاستراتيجيات الرامية لدعمه. وقد خلصت الدراسة إلى أن معدلات الشمول المالي المسجلة ضمن المؤشرات الجزئية في دول الخليج العربي عالية نسبيا ومقبولة إلى حد ما، وتجاري بعض المعدلات المسجلة حتى في بعض الدول المتقدمة، وهذا نقيض المعدلات المسجلة في باقي الدول العربية والتي من بينها الجزائر. Abstract : This study aimed to know the status of financial inclusion in the economies of Arab countries and its importance in achieving economic growth and social welfare for individuals and the state, as well as highlighting the most important challenges hindering its promotion and the most important prospects and strategies to support it. The study concluded that the rates of financial inclusion recorded within the partial indicators in the Arab Gulf states are relatively high and acceptable to some extent, and some of the rates recorded even in some developed countries are commensurate, and this is in contrast to the rates recorded in other Arab countries, including Algeria.
