دور الشمول المالي في تعزيز الاستقرار المالي في ظل أزمة فيروس كورونا: مصر نموذجا

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الشمول المالي في تعزيز الاستقرار المالي في ظل أزمة فيروس كورونا، ودوره في مواجهة تداعيات هذه الأزمة والحد من آثارها السلبية في مصر، كما أوضحت التحديات التي تعيق تطبيقه والتي من أهمها ارتفاع نسبة الأمية المالية، انخفاض مستوى التثقيف المالي، وضعف البنية التحتية للنظام المالي. وخلصت إلى مجموعة من التوصيات أهمها ضرورة التوجه نحو المزيد من التحول الرقمي في تقديم الخدمات المالية، في ظل معايير التباعد الاجتماعي واتجاه معظم دول العالم لتغيير نمط الأعمال. Abstract: The study aimed to know the role of financial inclusion to strengthen financial stability under corona virus crisis, and its role in facing the repercussions of this crisis and limiting its negative effects in Egypt. It clarified the challenges that hinder its application, the most important of which are the high rate of financial illiteracy, low level of financial education, and the weak infrastructure of the financial system. It concluded with a set of recommendations, the most important of which is the need to move towards a further digital transformation in the provision of financial services, under the standards of social distancing and the trend of most countries of the world to change the business pattern.
