تواجه المؤسسات الناشئة جملة من الصعوبات والعقبات خاصة في بداية نشأتها، لذا كان من الضروري استحداث منظومة عمل تسهر على دعم وترقية هذه المؤسسات، وتعتبر حاضنات الأعمال أهم منظومة يمكن الاعتماد عليها لتقليص عبء المؤسسات الناشئة نظرا للخدمات التي تقدمها الحاضنة للمؤسسات المحتضنة. Emerging institutions face a number of difficulties and obstacles, especially at the beginning of their inception, so it was necessary to create a work system that ensures the support and promotion of these institutions, and business incubators are considered the most important system that can be relied upon to reduce the burden of emerging institutions due to the services provided by the incubator to the incubated institutions.
