Administrative corruption: Transcending the proper concept of authority andresponsibility in the managerial job

This paper aims to investigate some forms of insidious corruption that are related to the size of the authority granted to administrative official , which allows them to
exploit their positions outside the framework of the law, manipulate the authority of decision and abuse the powers established by laws and regulations and the resulting manifestations such as evasion from the performance of responsibilities and the spread of corruption within administrative agencies, such as abuse of power, abuse of influence,
and bureaucracy of administration, where administrative corruption is the biggest obstacle
to developing societies and the negative effects it has on the efficiency of administrative
agencies and the quality of service provided to citizens
