The electronic publishing contract is a legal mechanism that allows the intellectual production of the author to spread in the digital environment through the latter’s assignment to the publisher of the right to reproduce many copies of his work according
to the conditions agreed upon and in return for a reward for publishing and distributing in
to the public for the publisher’s account.
Therefore, it was necessary to establish a legal system to protect both parties to the publishing contract and to try to reconcile the rights of both the author and the publisher,
and this is what we will try to study through this research paper.
