Impact of social responsibility Staff direction On Job Innovation - Study on asample of university professors in Algeria

Résumé

This study aimed to identify the impact of adopting social responsibility
dimensions towards employees On career innovation, This is from the point of view of
university professors in Algerian universities.
The study concluded in the latter that there is a statistically significant impact of social responsibility towards staff in support Job Innovation in Algerian Universities.
The study recommended the need to involve staff in decision-making and to provide job
security in universities To support Career Innovation.
