The role of crisis communication in the face of the global health crisis Corona Covid 19

Résumé

The study aims to think and act in order to prevent crises, predict their occurrence, and
draw lessons, by identifying the stages of the crisis and planning for its management.
The health crisis that the world is currently experiencing is one of the most severe crises
that afflict various vital sectors within countries, as the COVID19 epidemic has killed millions around the world. We conclude here the importance of crisis communication as a
means to educate and guide individuals within society to adhere to preventive measures
and provide the masses with facts to limit the spread of rumors and false news.
