Analysis of the corruption of algeria's contracting business environment in light ofthe Economic Freedom Index

Abstract

The study aims to identify the reality of the entrepreneurial environment in Algeria
from the perspective of the Economic Freedom Index and then analyze the foundations of
corruption that negatively affect this environment, and for this purpose the study relied on the descriptive analytical approach by providing numerical and qualitative data on the
phenomenon in question and then adopting previous literature for analysis. The study found documenting the social character, and the intervention of the public sector through the government as the main pillars of corruption of the business environment..
