Résumé

This study aims at building an intellectual and field framework for the impact of
supply chain management on the enterprise performance level. In order to identify this effect and achieve the objectives of the study, a model was proposed that determines the nature of the relationship between the explanatory variables of the logistic activity and the
dependent variable characterized in the enterprise performance level where the problem
and the research model of “Ennadjah Milk” Enterprise were tested on a sample of 22 individuals. We relied in data collection on the interview and the questionnaire tools. In this light, the data were analyzed and the hypotheses were tested using the SPSS16
program. The study found that there is a significant correlation between the components of the supply activity and the performance level of the enterprise. The study also confirmed that there is a significant effect of the total components of the logistic activity
on the performance of the enterprise where there was the biggest effect on the dimension of Order Management followed by the dimension of handling and packaging and
wrapping and in the end the dimension of the storage activity.
