Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على آليات دعم وتمويل المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة في الجزائر إذ يتطلب نجاح هذه المؤسسات خصوصا في بيئة الأعمال التي تتسم بالتعقيد والديناميكية ضرورة الحصول على مصادر تمويلية وذلك من أجل تغطية احتياجاتها المالية بالإضافة إلى مختلف برامج الدعم والمرافقة لتسهيل الأعمال وتذليل الصعوبات وهذا قاد الجزائر إلى تفعيل برامج هدفها تقديم المساعدات المالية والتوجيهات المعنوية للمشاريع الصغيرة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى أن اﻟﺠﺎنب اﻟﻤﺎﻟﻲ هو من أﻫم اﻟﺤواجز اﻟﺘﻲ تعيق أصحاب المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة. Abstract: This study aimed to identify the mechanisms for supporting and financing small and medium enterprises in Algeria, as the success of these enterprises, especially in a complex and dynamic business environment, requires access to financial resources in order to cover their financial needs, in addition to various support and escort programmes to facilitate business and overcome difficulties, and this led Algeria to activate programmes aimed at providing financial assistance and moral guidance to small enterprises.
