Abstract

يهدف هذا البحث إلى تحليل آليات تمويل المشاريع الخضراء وتطوير الأدوات المالية المستدامة، مع التركيز على دور السياسات الحكومية في دعم هذه الآليات. توصلت الدراسة إلى أن الشراكات بين القطاعين العام والخاص واستخدام أدوات مالية مبتكرة مثل السندات المرتبطة بالاستدامة تُعد من أكثر الآليات فعالية. ومع ذلك، يواجه التمويل الأخضر تحديات مثل نقص الوعي ومخاطر "الغسل الأخضر"، مما يتطلب جهودًا متكاملة لتعزيز الثقة وزيادة الوعي بأهمية الاقتصاد الأخضر. This research aims to analyze the mechanisms for financing green projects and developing sustainable financial tools, with a focus on the role of government policies in supporting these mechanisms. The study concluded that partnerships between the public and private sectors and the use of innovative financial tools such as sustainability-linked bonds are among the most effective mechanisms. However, green financing faces challenges such as lack of awareness and the risks of "greenwashing," which requires integrated efforts to build trust and increase awareness of the importance of the green economy.
