دور التكنولوجيا المالية في تعزيز الشمول المالي الرقمي –دراسة حالة الامارات العربية المتحدة-

Abstract

ملخص: تهدف هذه الدراسة الى ابراز دور التكنولوجيا المالية في تعزيز الشمول المالي الرقمي في دولة الامارات العربية المتحدة، وذلك نظرا لأهميتها الكبيرة في تحقيق الاستقرار المالي وتشجيع الابتكارات المالية وتيسير الخدمات المالية والرفع من كفاءتها. لهذا خصص البنك المركزي الاماراتي سنة 2019، مكتبًا للتكنولوجيا المالية (فنتك) لدعم تطوير اللوائح الوطنية لشركات التكنولوجيا المالية، كما قام بتعزيز المعاملات الإلكترونیة بزیادة الحد الأقصى لمدفوعات البطاقات اللاتلامسیة أثناء الجائحة كجزء من خطة الدعم، كما تنازل عن رسوم المعالجة في نظام الدفع الذي یعمل به حتى نهایة سنة 2020. Abstract: This study aims to highlight the role of financial technology in promoting digital financial inclusion in the United Arab Emirates, due to its great importance in achieving financial stability, encouraging financial innovations, facilitating financial services and raising their efficiency. That is why in 2019, the Central Bank of the UAE allocated an office for financial technology (Fintech) to support the development of national regulations for financial technology companies, and it also promoted electronic transactions by increasing the maximum limit for contactless card payments during the pandemic as part of the support plan, and it also waived processing fees in the payment system that works By the end of the year 2020.
