Abstract

The methods and curricula of reading the doctrinal texts for modern scholars and researchers have varied from one approach to another, according to the foundations, references and pillars of each of the reading curricula. Legitimacy to apply this to the Holy Qur’an, which resulted in a number of problems, some of which are related to the sanctity of the Qur’anic text, and others are related to misintention and misunderstanding resulting from ignorance of the controls and references for reading the Qur’anic text, and the question that arises is: What are the most important controls and references to read the Qur'anic text? What are the most important obstacles and problems that resulted from these modernist readings of this type of doctrinal texts?
 The study aims to identify the most important controls for reading the Qur’anic text, and to reveal the most important problems facing the modern reading curricula of Sharia texts, using the descriptive approach with activating the mechanisms of analysis
