Abstract

This article aims to clarify general concepts of financial inclusion and the extent, to which it achieved for women during the outbreak of the Corona virus pandemic and the
enormous social and economic pressures it imposed on women and girls, using the descriptive analytical approach and based on the database of the Global Financial
Inclusion Index 2017 report.
The gender gap is still present and threatens the recovery of the economy and constitutes an obstacle to the ability of societies to adapt and withstand crises, and financial inclusion is a long-term strategy that aims to enhance the access of all segments
of society to financial services and products, and the access of loans to small-sized enterprises and individuals who benefit from Services are limited as womenEfforts to
restructure are continuing, to achieve easy access to finance for all families and
companies, in addition to competition between financial service providers to achieve the best alternatives for customers the society.
