Total Quality Management Techniques that Support Performance

Abstract

Total quality management in the current era is an important modern administrative
science that contributes significantly to the construction of institutions and determine its
objectives in line with the strategy and direction of the institution, and represents one of the foundations through which to judge between institutions and assessed by measuring
performance and assessing their current and future status through the application of tools
And TQM methods that support performance.
This study aims to shed light on the methods and tools of quality management
(Benchmarking, Quality Circles, empowerment) and their role in achieving outstanding performance of institutions. The study recommended the need to adopt total quality
management as a method of management and the application of methods and tools to raise the performance of the institution as an imperative to meet the requirements of
customers.
