Legal protection of child victims of sexual exploitation in digital space

Résumé

Interest in childhood has an impact on the society, in order to concretize this
concept each country has adopted legislation like Algeria which has passed laws that protect children.
If we contemplate on contemporary reality at the level of Algeria or at the level of other peoples, we find that many children are vulnerable to many crimes. The exploitation of children at sexual issues though the web constitutes a real danger in front of this
problem which goes beyond our national frontiers, many organizations and nations have recently tried to overcome this type of dangerous crime which is seen as a violation of
public order and moral values.
