The regulatory function of the organizing committee of the stock in the financialexchange operations and control its role in financial market setting

Abstract

Algerian legislator tried to keep pace with economic changes to mark the
transformation of the state intervening to a state officer and which has necessitated the need to reframe and reorganize the financial market, where the bodies make the establishment of officer state in the general economic sphere. “The committee of the stocks exchange operations” especially as an administrative independent body, to fill the
vacuum that the state fails to contain it which is to adjust the values movable market. To achieve that, the granting of the commission is part of the regulatory jurisdiction of the
state which is originally from the jurisdiction of the executive branch.
